Request for Renewal of Certificate of Compliance USA/9292/AF-85 for Model No. PATRIOT Packages
Dear Director,
Pursuant to 10CFR71.38, Westinghouse Electric Company LLC hereby requests renewal of NRC Certificate of Compliance USA/9292/AF-85. There are no changes to the application for package approval that are not authorized in the existing certificate.
Westinghouse has a quality assurance program, approved by the Commission, which satisfies the provisions of subpart H (Quality Assurance) of Part 71. Further, Westinghouse complies with the terms and conditions of the applicable requirements of subparts A (General Provisions), G (Operating Controls and Procedures),
and H (Quality Assurance) of Part 71.
As there are no changes for the renewal application, one copy of this renewal application is submitted electronically via NRC Electronic Information Exchange (EIE) system and emailed to the NRC Project Manager, Pierre Saverot. Additional electronic or hard copy submissions are available upon request.
Resubmission of the current approved Safety Analysis Report Rev. 5, dated May 2006, is available upon request. Should you have any questions, or require additional information, please contact me.
