Chris, The attached document has a few minor markups of the draft NPC CoC based on our discussion yesterday. I have included a summary of the markups below in case you cannot see them with your PDF viewer.

1) Section 3: Change date from December 18, 2019 to December 12, 2019.

a. The document dates listed in ADAMS are partially correct, but the SAR was submitted on December 12, 2019. See GNF Letter M190194 (NRC ADAMS Accession No. ML19346H892, ML19346H923, or ML19346H890).

2) Section 5.(b): Table does not have a number, but is called Table 1 throughout the rest of the document.

3) Section 5.(b) Bullet No. 1: There are two locations where a period should be changed to a comma (ash. and deuterium.)

4) Section 5.(b) Bullet No. 4: Table 1 is listed twice.

5) Section 5.(b) Bullet No. 6: There are two locations where a period should be changed to a comma (10X10. and 9X9.)

6) Section 5.(b) Bullet No. 7: Table 1 is listed once.

a. Missing closed parenthesis ) for example list of uranium oxide compound chemical formulas. Also, the last part X>2 should be in subscript font.

b. Missing closed parenthesis ) for example list of uranyl nitrate compound chemical formulas.

c. Missing closed parenthesis ) for example list of dried calcium uranium compound chemical formulas. Also, there is one location where a period should be changed to a comma (CaUO3.)

Clarification suggestions:

1) Section 5.(b) Bullet No. 5: The acronym ICCA is not defined in the CoC. Please change this first instance to Inner Containment Canister Assembly (ICCA) for clarification purposes.

2) Section 5.(b) Bullet No. 5: The acronym HDPE/LDPE is not defined in the CoC and not used anywhere else. Please change this instance to highdensity/lowdensity polyethylene for clarification purposes.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions. I have also provided a list below of GNF those employees who attended yesterdays meeting.
