Dear Mr. Wells:
By email dated April 27, 2020, I transmitted an audit plan to you for the audit of certain documents related to TVAs application dated January 17, 2020 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML20017A338), to revise WBN Units 1 and 2 Technical Specification (TS) 5.9.5, Core Operating Limits Report, to replace the loss-of-coolant accident (LOCA) analysis evaluation model references with reference to the FULL SPECTRUM' Loss-of-Coolant Accident (FSLOCA') Evaluation Model analysis applicable to WBN Units 1 and 2, with replacement steam generators, among other requested changes. The audit plan gave the planned audit dates of April 27 through May 15, 2020.
During an audit call on May 28, the NRC staff expressed a need to extend the audit end date.
Therefore, I am requesting an extension of the audit date until June 12, 2020.
Please let me know if TVA can accommodate this request.
