(B) ANPP-36087, dated April 14, 1986 (Interim Report - DER 86-11)

Dear Sir:

The NRC was notified of a Potentially Reportable Deficiency in Reference (A) and an Interim Report was issued by Reference (B). At that time it was estimated that a Final Report would be available by May 16, 1986.

Due to review comments indicating the need for additional investigation and eval-uation of the transportability and root cause, it is now expected that this infor-i mation will be finalized by June 2,1986, at which time a complete report will be submitted.

4 There is no new information or change to the Interim Report at this time.
