FINAL SAFETY ANALYSIS REPORT, AMENDMENT 15 CERTIFICATE OF DISTRIBUTION HOPE CREEK GENERATING STATION DOCKET NO. 50-354 Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G) hereby provides, as Attachment 1, an affidavit certifying that distribution of Amendment 15 to the Hope Creek Generating Station (HCGS) Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) has been made in accordance with 10CFR2.101.
Amendment 15 to the HCGS FSAR contains of those revisions previously transmitted to the NRC staff in letters from C.A. McNeill (PSE&G) to E. Adensam (NRC) dated March 3, 17, 21, April 4 and 8, 1986.
The revisions described in these five transmittals have been formally included in i
the FSAR text and represent the entire basis for Amendment 15, with the exception of typographical revisions identified during the the printing process.
As such, no new information is contained in Amendment 15 which has not been available prior to the issuance of the HCGS Operating License, NPF-50 dated April 11, 1986.
