The above subject inspection report was transmitted to you by letter dated
May 19, 1988. As a result of a telephone conversation held between D. Jones of
your staff and N. Merriweather of NRC, Region II, on June 6, 1988, it has come
to our attention that Appendix A to the report:
1)
incorrectly references

ASCO solenoid valves N11SV3976A-B/B-B as normally energized valves during a

design basis accident, 2)
incorrectly identifies valve no. N23SV3227CA-A as
N23SV3226CA-A, and 3)
incorrectly identifies valve no B31SV0444BB-B as valve
no. B31SV044aBA-A.
The appendix has been revised with the above changes and is
enclosed.
