Pursuant to 10CFR 50. 54(p), please find attached the signed original and three copies of Revision 7 to the Catawba Nuclear Station Safeg.sards Contingency Plan.
Revision 7 was developed to change several of the definitions in the Glossary of Terms to reflect the definitions used in the station security plan, to reflect several recent organizational changes, and to address the new record retention requirements. Specific plan changes are addressed in the attachment. Revision 7 does not decrease the effectiveness of the Catawba Nuclear Station Safeguards Contingency Plan.
This material is applicable to the security provisions of Catawba Nuclear j
Station; therefore, Duke requests that this material be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10CFR 73.21.
