Dear Mr. Calvo:
This letter submits proposed changes to the Administrative Controls Section of the Fort St. Vrain Technical Specifications.
The changes include deletion of the organization cnarts from the Technical Specifications, as recorrmended by and following the guidance of Reference 1.
AC 7.1.1 is reformatted to better conform to the Westinghouse Standard Technical Specifications' format.
Position title changes are made to AC 7.1.1, 7.1.2, 7.1.3, and 7.2 based en the recent reorganization of Fort St. Vrain (FSV).
A summary of the prcposed changes is provided as Attachment 1.
The proposed changes are provided as Attachmen; 2.
A consiceration of significant hazards is providea as Attachment 3.
An application fee of $150.00 is enclosed in accordance with 10CFR170.
- Also, as FSV makes organi:ational
- changes, commitment responsibilities are updated as well.
We index our commitments by "Responsible Individual" and "Responsible Department" in our commitment tracking data base.
As individuals or departments change responsibilities, these indices are used to reassign commitments to the new individuals or cepartments, as required.
