employed at Southern California Edison Company's San Onofre Station. This '
action is based on the Licensee's failure of three drug tests conducted by SCE in accordance with SCE's fitness for duty program.
l Under the terms of the Order, the licensee may within 20 days of the date '
of receipt of the Order, request a hearing. However, a request for hearing will not stay the imediate effectiveness of this Order.
The operator has not yet received notice of this order. A press release will be issued after the operator has received the order, l The State of California will be notified.
