ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT (TAC N0. 67389)
The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.103 o Facility Operating t
License No. OPR-61 for the Haddam Neck Plant, in response to your application dated February 25, 1988.
The amendment renumbers the manual high pressure safety injection (HPSI) throttle valves in Technical Specification 3.6.8.2 to be consistent with the plant loop numbering scheme. Also, the. applicability statement for Technical Specification 3.6.8.2 has been changed to be more concise and MODE specific and the Basis for Technical Specification 3.6 has been clarified.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed.
The notice of issuance will be included in the Commission's bi-weekly Federal Register notice.
