VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 PROPOSED CHARGE TO TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS-SUPPLEMENT CONTAINMENT INTEGRATED LEAKAGE TEST SCHEDULE On September 20, 1988, we submitted a proposed change to the Technical Specifications regaraing the containment integrated leakage test schedule.
The cover letter transmitting the change, Serial No.08-233, indicated that the proposed change was applicable to North Anna Power Station Unit 1.
Attachments were provided illustrating the proposed change in the Technicel Specifications, a discussion supporting the change, and the basis for a no significant hazards determination.
However, the attachments discussed and applied to both Units 1 and 2.
The cover letter which addressed only Unit I was in error. Our intent is that the requested change be applicable to both units.
We regret any inconvenience caused as a result of this oversight.
