Areas In gacted: Physical security requirements described in the licensee's Commission approved security plan and the licensee's Security Guard procedure.

Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements in the areas examined during the inspection, except for the following item:

Detection and Surveillance: On two occasions, surveillance checks of areas storing special nuclear material were not performed at the frequency required by the security plan (see Section 5.a for details).

Additionally, several changes to the security plan were required to meet regulatory reautrements.
