11, 1908, from Stephen R. Conley to The attached letter, dated January Lawrence Lippa, Chief, General Litigation and Legal Advice Section. A Department of Justice, was forwarded to O! for action as appropriate.(1) inspect review of Mr. Conley's letter discloses two allegations:
being ennducted by an unqualified inspector; and, (2) an attempt to conce the discovery of the fact that the inspections were conducted by an unqualified inspector.
The letter and correspondence from the Department of Justice is forwarded to you for your review and action.
