The Toledo Edison Company is the operator and a licensee of the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power j
Station (DBNPS), Unit Number 1. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Administrative j
Letter 98-03, " Operating Reactor Licensing Action Estimates," dated May 6,1998, requested i
licensees to provide, on a voluntary basis, simple numerical estimates of the number of future new licensing action requests expected to be submitted to the NRC. These estimates are to be used by the NRC in planning adequate review resources.
By letter (Serial Number 2539) dated May 27,1998, and in support of the NRC's planning activities, Toledo Edison provided the NRC with estimated future licensing activities for the period of June 1,1998 through September 30,1999. In the attachment to this letter, Toledo Edison is providing further estimated information for licensing activities through September 30,2000.
