l In accordance with Regulatory History Procedures established through a memorandum from
! the Executive Director for Operations, dated April 5,1985, I am in the process of assembling i
the regulatory history index of documents for the subject proposed rulemaking. To complete l this task, I need assistance with adding certain documents relevant to this rulemaking into the l NRC Nuclear Document System (NUDOCS) for later retrieval.
l l Attached to this memorandum are the following:
(1) Complete list of documents that should be maintained during the course of the rulemaking.
This listing identifies which of these documents are (or can be) publicly available, and which should be for internal use only. For those documents already part of NUDOCS (or other records system), the applicable accession number (or other identifier) is provided.
'2) Copies of the remaining documents that are not already in NUDOCS, marked either for PDR er CF availability, for addition to NUDOCS.
