Dear Administrative Judges:
'Ihis is to clarify the status of Project Status Reports (PSRs) provided to the Board for information. Initially, both the Large and Small Bore Piping and Pipe Support PSRs were provided to all parties and the Board. At the November 2-3, 1987 pre-hearing conference, the Board Indicated that it did not wish to receive all PSRs.
Thereaf ter, further distribution of PSRs was not made to the Board.
Subsequently, at the Board's specific request, we provided the Instrumentation and Controls PSR.
By letters dated May 20, 1988 and May 26, 1988, we sent to the Board errata pages for the PSRs on Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC),
Mechanical, and Civil / Structural, incorrectly stating that you had already received such PSRs. If the Board would like to receive copies of any of the other PSRs, please let me know.
