Gentlemen:
This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. G. A. Pick of this office during
the period August 29 through September 2,1988, of activities authorized by NRC
Operating License DPR-34 for the Fort St. Vrain Nuclear Generating Station, and to
the discussion of our findings with members of your staff at the conclusion of
the inspection.
. Areas examined during the inspection included licensed operator training,
nonlicensed staff training, and review of general employee training. Within
these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examination of procedures
and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the
NRC inspector.
The inspection findirgs are documented in the enclosed
inspection report.
Within the scope of the inspection, no violations or deviations were
identified,
