USAR UPDATE While incorporating the latest revisien into the Updated Saftty Analysis Report, a question with the replacenent of Figure 2.10-4 was encountered.
Revision 4 dated July 1987, of this figure consisted of 4 sheets. However, only one sheet, Sheet 1 of 4, was provided with this change. Since the list of effective pages
Volute 1 only addressed Figure 2.10-4, it is unclear as to whether Sheets I thru 4 of 4 should remain as Revision 4 or thcse sheets were inad'in.
