In the Safety Evaluation it was stated that associated operating procedures would be reviewed as.a separate activity. We have completed our review of-your procedures for degraded grid voltage protection for class IE power systems and find them acceptable.

A copy of our Safety Evaluation is enclosed. Our evaluation of final operator procedures and Technical Specifications will be processed in a separate action.
