BEAVER VALLEY POWER STATION, UNIT NOS.1 AND 2, WITHDRAWAL OF AN AMENDMENT REQUEST (TAC NO. M98139 AND M98140)
Dear Mr. Cross:
By letter dated March 10,1997, you applied for an amendment to the Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit Nos.1 and 2, Operating Ucense Nos. DPR-66 and NPF-73. The proposed change would have modified the facility technical specifications pertaining to the repair of steam generator tubes by installation of sleeves utilizing the electrosleeving process developed by Framatome Technologies, Inc. Subsequently, by letter dated October 13,1998, you withdrew the amendment request.
The Commission has filed the enclosed Notice of Withdrawal of Application for Amendment to Facility Operating License with the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
