Catawba Nuclear Station Docket Nos. 50-413 and 50-414 Station Security Plan, Revision 11
Dear Dr. Grace:
Pursuant to 10CFR50.54 (p), please find attached five (5) copies of Revision 11 to the Catawba Nuclear Station, Security Plan. Revision 11 was developed to address the Fitness for Duty Program, addition of a facility within the protected area, use of CCTV cameras, clarify CAS/SAS operator assessment and response, deletion of interim compensatory measures for security access areas and revision of appropriate plan drawings. Specific plan changes are addressed in the attachment. Revision 11 does not decrease the effectiveness of the Catawba Nuclear Station, Security Plan.
This material is applicable to security provisions at Catawba Nuclear Station; therefore, Duke requests that this material be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10CFR73.21.
