CONFIRMATION OF MEETING ARRANGEMENTS - NORt3 /,NNA UNITS 1 AND 2 DOCKET NOS. 50-33.8 AND 50-339 This confirms the telephone conversations betwcon yo; and Ms. N. E. Clark of Virginia Electric and Power Company and Mr. A. J. Ignatonis of my staff on March 25 and April 1,1986, concern 5cg an enforcement conference to be conducted in the Region II Office of April 9,1986, at 1:30 p.m.

We requested this meeting to discuss our findings relative th two events - one involving radioactive materials shipment and the other involving uncontrolled security access at the North Anna facility. The radioactive caterials shipment left the North Anna facility and arrived at the Chem-Noclear's Barnwell, South Carolina facility with an external surface dose rate aceeding the regulatory requirement. With regard to the security event, the concera is that a contractor employee re-entered the site without being challenged by the security officers.

A proposed agenda is enclosed.
