Based upon this survey, NRC Region III would like to make arrangements for the installation of contingency telecomunication equipment at the Femi 2 site.

the emergency or drill. I We are seeking Detroit Edison Company's cost estimate for labor and material to l accomplish the following tasks:
- 1. Establish two DC control pairs from the NRC room in the EOF to the penthouse level of the Nuclear Operations Center. These lines should be 1 terminated at both ends with WE-742 connectors and should be marked for
! "NRC Emergency Use Only". The terminal blocks can be located at any
- convenient place in the designated areas.

- 2. Reserve space between the 140 and 160 foot levels of the Meteorological j tower for use as an emergency repeater site.
