Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Units No. I and 2 Annual Report Pursuant to the Provisions of Section 50.59, Part 50, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Sections 6.9.1.4 and 6.9.1.5 of Appendix A to DPR-21 and DPR-65, and Section 6.9.1.c and 6.9.1.e of Appendix A to DPR-61, this report is submitted covering operations for the period January 1,1985 to December 31, 1985.

Additionally, this report contains a summary of the challenges to relief / safety valves as committed to in Reference (1).

In addition, we have recently recognized the need for an expanded annual report i to cover certain changes accomplished under internal procedures governing use

of jumpers, lifted leads, and bypasses. Therefore, a supplemental report will be submitted by June 2,1986. It will cover the subject changes which were made to

l operable systems in 1985 and which were " changes in the facility as described in

the safety analysis report." Future annual reports will include this category of  ;

changes.
