spiked with radionuclides sent to TVA to be analyzed.
In the initial report f
dated August 13, 1988, it was noted that TVA's Power Operations Training f
Center (POTC) identified inconsistencies during the analysis of the first l
spiked sample, and therefore, the results of the strontium 89, strontium 99, l
and iron 55 were not reported.
