NRC Enforcement Actions " 10 CFR Part 2, Appendix C (1988), the deviation is [

Organization and Responsibilities 1 Sections 12.1.2.1 for Unit 1 and 13.1.2.1 for Unit 2 USARs state that the i health physics superintendent is responsible for radioactive waste group operation.  :
