Subject: Combined Inspection No. 50-245/88-06, 50-336/88-09, 50-423/88-07
A routine, unannounced inspection was conducted et the Millstone Station on
April 11-15, 1988. The purpose of this inspection was to review the
implementation of the Radiation Protection Program at Units 1, 2 and 3.
Within the scope of this irispection, it appears that one of your activities
was not conducted in full compliance with regulatory requirements. The
apparent violation is discussed in enclosure Appendix A.
You are required to
respond to this finding by following the instructions included in Appendix A.
