The OP capsule consists of Iridium-192 or Cobalt-60 metallic

SAFETY ANALYSIS
SUMMARY
The Model GP source is no' longer manufactured or distributed by Gamma Industries', Inc. and Gamma Industries, Inc. is no-longer in
' business.
Therefore, the registration certificate is being l converted to an inactive registration certificate.

The source was originally approved for licensing purposes by the
! Louisiana' Division of Radiation Control.
NRC attempted to obtain
. copies of all information submitted by the registrant in suppart
'of the evaluation.
However, NRC could not locate all the J
information.
Therefore, no' safety evaluation of the source was
. performed ~as part of the conversion of the certificate to
~ inactive status.
