In Reference 4, the Omaha Public Poser District responded to the comments pro-vided by Reference 3, and submitted the revised Site Security Plan changes.

Changes related to question 8 and 10 were based upon completion of the new Site Security Computer.

The Site Security computer implementation has been delayed as discussed in a meeting in Arlington, Texas on September 22, 1988 and pre-sented in Reference 5, is now scheduled for implementation by September 30, I

1969.

This was discussed with the NRC reviewer Mr. E. McPeak.

The changes are I

provided in the attachment and can be identified by vertical lines in the right hand margin.

Other changes provided in Reference 4 were included in Revision 23 to the Site Security Plan and were denoted as being related to the l

"Hiscellaneous Amendments" issue.

Question 9 has also been revised and included based on questions from the NRC's reviewer, 300/
