1988, to our Notice of Violation
issued on August 15, 1988, concerning activ
facility.
We have evaluated your response and found that it meets the
requirements of 10 CFR 2.201.
Based on a telephone conversation between
Mr. Michael Sullivan, Manager of Radiological Controls at Sequoyah and

Mr. Thomas Collins of the Region II Office, we understand that, in addition to
the corrective action for item one in tha Notice of Violation, the event which
led to this violation will be discussed with appropriate health physics
personnel by September 30, 1988.
We will examine the implementation of your
corrective actions during future inspections.
