REVISION 21 AND 20 TO THE PALISADES AND BIG ROCK POINT SECURITY PLANS RESPECTIVELY Attached are one original and three copies of Revision 21 to the Palisades Security Plan and Revision 20 to the Big Rock Po nt Security Plan. These revisions were made to reflect changes in Cr sumers Power Company's nuclear security organization.
Consurers Power Company has determined these changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Security Plan and therefore submits these changes in accordance with 10CFR50.54(p).
Censumers Power Company requests the attachment to this letter be withheld from public disclosure since it contains information which is exempt from disclosure in accordance with 10CTR73.21(c).
