Inspection Report 50-333/88-16
A followup inspection was conducted on August 9-12, 1988 to complete the review
of your corrective and preventive actions documented in your May 20, and
May 21, 1987 letters.
In addition, your planning and preparations for the
refueling outage including radiological controls were also examined during this
inspection.
The radiological controls planning and preparations were found to
be adequate to support the outage.
No violations were identified during this inspection and no reply to this
letter is required.
