Verification of Receipt of OPPD 1987 Updated Safety Analysis (USAR) Revisions (Copy Nos. 1 & 2)

In July 1987 the Omaha Public Power District (0 PPD) sent out to all holders of Controlled Copies a complete volume set of the 1987 USAR, which included the 1987 revisions. Along with the USAR, OPPD requested that the holder return a transmittal sheet to verify receipt of the USAR document.

Our records show that your transmittal sheets for the 1987 USAR revisions have not yet been received by the Nuclear Regulatory & Industry Affairs Department (NR&lA)ofOPPD.

We are updating our records of the USAR Controlled Copies before sending the 1988 revisions.

Please verify that you have in fact received the 1987 revision by signing the attachment to this transmittal and returning it to NR&IA in the envelo]e provided.

If you have not received the 1987 revision please note this on tie attachment and return it.
