CONFIRMATION OF MEETING - HATCH UNITS 1 AND 2, DOCKET NOS. 50-321 AND 50-366 This confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. L. Gucwa of your staff and Mr. V. L. Brownlee of my staff on March 7, 1986, concerning an Enforcement Conferei ce to be conducted at Region II Office on March 14, 1986, at 1:30 p.m.
We reque ted this meeting to discuss your failure to implement acceptable compensato.y measures when the central and secondary alarm stations are inoperable at the Hatch facility. This finding was conveyed to your facility management staff on February 28, 1986, following an NRC inspection that was conducted February 24-28, 1986.
Enclosed is a proposed meeting agenda.
