Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit No. 1 Docket No. 50-334, License No. DPR-63 Sixth Refueling Outage Inservice Inspection Report Gentlemen; This letter forwards the Inservice Inspection Report on ASME Class 1,

2 and 3

components examined during the sixth refueling outage at Beaver Valley Unit No. 1.

The ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel

Code,Section XI, Article IWA-6220, paragraph (b) requires that an inservice inspection report be submitted to the enforcement and regulatory authority having jurisdiction at the plant site within ninety (90) days after completion of an inservice inspection.

The latest inservice inspections at Beaver Valley Unit No.

1 were completed on February 26, 1988.

These examinations are part of Interval 1, Period 3 of the Beaver Valley Unit No. 1 ISI inspection schedule.

The inservice inspections were performed in accordance with Section XI of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, 1974 edition through summer 1975 addenda.
