This refers to the routine inspection conducted by Mr. W. J. Wagner of this
office on August 8-12, 1988, and of activities authorized by NRC License No.

NPF-1 and to the discussion of our findings held with members of your staff at
the conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the enclosed inspection

report.
Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective
examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with
personnel, and observations by the inspector.
The matter concerning the procurement of commercial grade items, as discussed
in paragraph 2 of this inspection report, is being evaluated to determine
