Submittal of Revision 14 to the Yankee Security Plan
Dear Dr. Murley:
Enclosed is Revision 14 to the Yankee Security Plan and a description of the changes made pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p).
Attachment (A) provides a description of the changes to the Security Plan. These changes were made to provide clarification on the operation of our new entrance turnstile, responsibilities of the Secondary Alarm Station operator, and to address a modification being made to improve the integrity of the Central Alarm Station. These changes are simple in nature and do not decrease the effectiveness of the Security Plan.
The enclosed Attachments ( A) and (B) are considered " Safeguards Int roation" and should be withheld from public disclosure, pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790.
