(NRC allegation 88-A-0087).
An investigation was performed and is contalaed in Attachment "A".
In a telephone call on August 25, 1988, with Mr. J. Creed, Commonwealth Edison requested an extension for this response. At that time an extension until September 15, 1988, was granted.
