Ralph Goodwin on Timing of Weather Alerts (Eddleman Contention 57-C-3) as Applicants' Exh. No. 55. This information is provided pursuant to the request of the Licensing Board. Tr. 10,870-72.

The undersigned counsel for Applicants has discussed this Motion with counsel for the NRC Staff. We are authorized to state that the Staff has no objection to inclusion of the information in Mr. Goodwin's affidavit in the record.
