A routine radiation safety inspection was conducted on April 11-15,.1988 by
. Mr. T. Dragoun of this office. Areas reviewed included air sampling, ALARA,
pipe replacement activities, previously identified items, and program upgrades.
The inspection revealed the need for continued management attention to the
ALARA program.
No violations were identified and no reply to this letter is required. Your
