In accordance with Title II of the Energy Reorganization Act of 1974, as amended, the Nuclear Regulatory Comission (NPC) hereby submits its quarterly report to the Congress on the number of full-time permanent empicyees hired and promoted between October 1 and December 31, 1985. During that period, the NRC did ret rake any changes to the procedures followed in preparing job descriptions, informing potential applicants, and selections at grade GG-11 and above.
