Dear Mr. Chairman:
In accordance with Title II of the Energy Reorganization Act of 1974, as 4
I amended, the Nuclear Regulatory Comission (?!RC) hereby submits its quarterly report to the Congress on the rumber of full-time permanent employees hired and pro; toted between October I and December 31, 1985. During that period, the NRC did not make any changes to the procedures followed in preparing job descriptions, informing potential appifcants, and selections at grade GG-11 and abcve.
