this office on April 7, 1988'at the Consolidated Fdison Company of New York
offices at 4 Irving Place, New York, New York of activities authorized by NRC

License No. 0PR-26 and to the' discussions of our findings held.by Mr. Martin
with Mr;- T. A11away at the conclusion of the inspection.
' Areas examined during this inspection are described in the NRC Region I
Inspection Report which is enclosed with this letter. Within these areas, the'
inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures-and-
representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the
inspector.
