this office on April 5-21, 1988, of activities at Zion Station, Units 1 and 2,
authorized by NRC Operating Licenses No. 9PR-39 and No. OPR-48 and to the
dis <:ussion of our findings with 'ir. G. Plimi at the conclusion of the
inspection. l
The enclosed copy of our inspection report. identifies areas examined during
the inspection. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of a selective
examination of procedures and representative records, observations, and ,
interviews with personnel. l
During this inspection, certain of your activities appeared to be in violation
of NRC requirements, as specified in the enclosed Notice. A written response
