Enclosed is proposed Revision 20 to the YNPS Security Plan pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p). The significant changes reflect the expansion of the YNPS security organization to provide licensee management of all security-related functions, including continuous shift supervision of the security force.
$1nce numerous editorial and page changes occurred to the plan as a result of the security reorganization, the entire manual is being reissued as Revision 20. However, Attach. ment A explains the proposed changes that are significant to the plan ecm.mitments and Attach'ent B contains the revised plan. All changes are highlighted by sidebars in the margin.
