Oconee Nuclear Station Docket Nos. 50-269, -270, -287 Oconee Security Plan - Revision 25 Dated May 17, 1988 Gentlemen:
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p), please find attached the signed original and three (3) copies of Revision 25, to the Oconee Nuclear Station Security Plan.
Revision 25 was developed to address physical barriers in subterranean Protected Area (PA) penetrations, several table clarifications and indpection of Protected Areas (PA's) and Vital Areas (VA's).
Specific plan changes are addressed in the attachment. Revision 25 does not decrease the effectiveness of the Oconee Nuclear Station Security Plan.
This material is applicable to the security provisions at Oconee Nuclear Station; therefore, Duke requests that this material be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 73.21.
