NOTICE OF LIMITED BAN ON EXPORTATION OF LOW-LEVEL RADIOACTIVE WASTE This letter is to notify you of the January 17, 1986, action of the Southeast Compact Commission in placing a limited ban on the exportation of low-level radioactive wastes generated by licensees in Southeast Compact party States.
This ban becomes effective March 1, 1986.
The enclosed letter defines the parameters of the ban.

On January 17, 1986 the Comission placed a limited ben on the grpgetation ef low-level radioactf we waste generated in the Southeast Compact party states.
