SUBJECT:
REPORT NOS. 50-327/86-07 AND 50-328/86-07
On January 21-24, 1986, NRC inspected activities authorized by NRC Operating
License Nos. DPR-77 and DPR-79 for your Sequoyah facility. At the conclusion of
the inspection, the ' findings were discussed with those members of your staff
identified in the enclosed inspection report.
Areas examined during the inspection are identified in the report. Within these
areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and
representative records, interviews with personnel, and~ observation of activities
in progress.
A concern was identified relating to Field Change Requests (FCR) being reflected
on as-designed drawings.
The concern is discussed in paragraph 5 and will be
reviewed by the Office of Inspection and Enforcement (IE) during future
inspections.
Within the scope of the inspection, no violations or deviations were identified.
