We have reviewed your reply to Violation 498/8824-01 and found the explanation  !

and technical information responsive to the concerns raised.  !

1 We agree with your exception to Violation 498/8824 01. Your documentation of  ;

the cause of the PORV failure in the Operability Tracking Log (entry 88-19) l

was made in accordance with Plant Procedure OPOP01-ZQ-0030. ,

Our reevaluation of Violation 498/8824-01 indicated that your documentation of

2 the PORV failure established adequate administrative controls for logbook  ;

entries and documentation of station problems and equipment malfunctions and i

failures. There' ore, the Notice of Violation related to Violation 498/8824-01 I

is cancelled.  ;
