the cause of the PORV failure in the Operability Tracking Log (entry 88-19)

was made in accordance with Plant Procedure OPOP01-ZQ-0030.

Our reevaluation of Violation 498/8824-01 indicated that your documentation of

the PORV failure established adequate administrative controls for logbook
entries and documentation of station problems and equipment malfunctions and

failures. There' ore, the Notice of Violation related to Violation 498/8824-01

is cancelled.
