This confirms a telephone conversation between Mr. K. W. Berry of your staff and Mr. C. W. Hehl of my staff on March 4,1986, in which it was confirmed that an Enforcement Conference will be held beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 13, 1986 at the NRC's Region III Office in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss information regarding Licensee Event Report No. (LER) 85029 in which a local leak rate test dated December 4, 1985 on containment penetration 40 exceeded the Technical Specification (TS) allowable limit of 0.60 La.
We will gladly discuss any questions you may have concerning this matter.
